Texas Parents Find Child Care for the Summer and
Throughout the Year at The Child Care Source

The Child Care Source helps Texas parents and caregivers locate child care options during the summer months and throughout the year.

Dallas, Texas – April 13, 2006 – Summer is fast approaching and parents are scrambling to find quality day care. Texas parents and caregivers can now easily locate quality child care options through The Child Care Source. New LifeStyles, the national resource for senior living and care options since 1987, recently announced the addition of The child Care Source to their line of publications.

“The inspiration came while some of our New LifeStyles employees were trying to locate child care for their own needs. We soon realized there wasn’t a user-friendly, central list of child care providers in Texas,” said Doug Fusella, President/COO for New LifeStyles and The Child Care Source.

The list of providers is available on The Child Care Source web site at www.TheChildCareSource.com. Free print directories are also available for Central and Northeast Dallas County and Collin County. The directories are available online or by calling 214.ABC.CARE (214.222.2273).

Both the web site and the printed directory offer a comprehensive guide for day care centers, after school or part-time care, care homes, and other pediatric products and services. The database includes more than 20,000 licensed, registered and listed child care providers and is updated each business day, on the web site. The web site also enables users to narrow a search by location, or tailor the results based on specific needs and save favorite selections and then return to a password protected area to review those selections.

“The response has been very positive,” added Fusella. The long term goal for The Child Care Source is to become the national directory for child care options.
